Return, Exchange & Custom Order Policy:
We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can help:


RETURNS
• Timeframe: Items may be returned within 14 days of pick up or delivery.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags (if applicable).
• Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the return. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.

CUSTOM ORDERS
• All custom orders that include personalized names and/or numbers are final sale
• No refunds, returns, or size exchanges will be accepted on these items.
• Please double-check your order details, including name spelling, number selection, and sizing, before completing your purchase. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
• If there is a defect or error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can review the issue.

 EXCHANGES
• Need a different size or design? No problem!
• Exchanges are free for the same item in a different size or style (if available).
• Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to start the exchange process.

Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our end.
• If your item was incorrect or damaged, please contact us right away and we’ll make it right at no extra cost.

Please note: Comfort Colors® apparel features a garment-dyed, washed finish designed to create a soft, vintage look and feel. Due to this unique dyeing process, colors are intentionally muted and may vary slightly from piece to piece. The shade you receive may appear different from the product images displayed online.

These variations are a normal characteristic of the brand and part of the intended aesthetic. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept potential color differences.
